Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms and sale apply to all our online sales: Additional fees and taxes all sales are subject to a $295 fee added to all winning bids. The charge covers the preparation of documents, the expenses of maintaining inventory as well as cost of advertising and for the profit of thegaragemotors. Out of state buyers are responsible for all estate, county, city taxes and fees, as well title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Deposit: The successful high bidder will submit a deposit of $500 (refundable) within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment methods: Cash, money order, certified check or bank wire transfer, all funds must be in us dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Payment of balance due the buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company, call us at 305-591-4636 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer’s inspection: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Auto mart group has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used cars will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Auto mart group welcomes and recommends a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Satisfaction guarantee upon arrival to our place, if the car is not what we say and we have a legitimate deposit from you; we will refund all your money; we take you to the airport and give you $100 for expenses of air trip. If you ship the car and it is not what we say, send it back to us within 15 calendar days, we do not pay for shipping, but we will issue you a full refund when the car is returned. Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions! If buyer or buyer's representative picks up the vehicle, feedback must be entered at that time of delivery. Especially on cars that are picked up in person and delivered to satisfaction.

Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold 'as is'. Seller makes no representations or warranties nor do bidders in making bids rely upon any representations or warranties. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply, extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details. Notice to bidders: We reserve to right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders, new bidders with zero feedbacks rating should e-mail us or call us prior to bidding.

Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Successful Bidder: The winning bidder will be contacted via e-mail after the auction closes or he/she must contact within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received with 48 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

In addition all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee that if not paid, will be filed with 3 major credit bureaus. In the event that collection applies the non-paying bidder will have to pay collection fees, attorney fees, interest and court costs. Legal Action Venue for any legal action such claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the state of Florida in Miami Dade County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
