There will always be someone out there that leaves a bad feedback, but some people are just unrealistic and try to extort money. We take our sales and customers very seriously, and go out of our way to help in any way we can. Rest assured we will do all it takes to sell you a quality vehicle at a great price. Please be realistic and realize that these are used vehicles and although we only buy the cleanest cars out there, a nick or chip is always possible but we carefully inspect all cars and always make sure they are what we say.

When you come to pick it up, if it is not what we say it is, simply do not take it and we will gladly refund your deposit no questions asked. We will consider a trade if you drive the car to our dealership for inspection or if you are willing to post a detailed auction as we have for you. Keep in mind we truly are offering cars at wholesale on eBay, which means we are buying them slightly below wholesale. We buy almost all of our vehicles from Manheim Auto Auction (see manheim.com).

These auctions are available only to licensed, bonded and insured Dealers registered with the Division of Motor Vehicles. All of our cars are checked over to make sure it is a solid running car. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new. Please expect a certain amount of flaws wear and tear, as is standard on any used car.

All used cars may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 6 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 3 years old. Some cars may have paintwork on some panels due to scratches or minor dings or some other blemish, but any paintwork will have been done right and hardly noticeable. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car.

While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. Not likely, but possible. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the optional extended warranty (available on most, but not all cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs, if any in the future. We will supply you with all the paperwork necessary to transfer the vehicle into your name and get it to your door. For Florida residents only we issue a 30 day temporary tag. We usually have all titles on hand.

However, sometimes there are payoffs to banks and credit unions for car loans to be made. So if we do not have the title on hand, payoffs to banks usually do not take longer than 18 days. Remember we are a Florida dealer, licensed, bonded and insured with Guaranteed Titles from the state of Florida. If you are a Florida residence, you have to pay for all State, County, City taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees, new tag or Transfer Tag, plus document fees.
